Payment Schedule
The first tuition payment is due in January; and the final
payment is due in October.
Families have the option to complete payment in full in winter
OR pay half the tuition by said date. Tuition payments are non-refundable
because salaries and expenses related to maintaining the school for the
entire year continue even when a child withdraws from the program.
The Family Deposit is required with the first tuition payment in the
winter for new families. Family Deposits are only refundable as
per the Family Deposit Agreement.
Late Tuition Payment
Prompt payment of all tuition and fees is necessary to ensure
the smooth operation of the school. All financial obligations
must be paid on the date they are due or a 2% late charge will be applied
every 30 days. If at any time you are unable to meet your financial
obligations to RKMS, please contact the Admissions / Program Director
to discuss other arrangements.
Family Deposit Program
Each family at RKMS is required to pay a deposit that is
held by the school during the family's time with Ronald Knox. The
deposit is collected in two ways:
- A family entering their first child in toddler pays a $500 deposit. When
that child enrolls in the early childhood program, the family pays
another $500 bringing the total to $1,000.
- A family entering their first child in the Early Childhood program
pays a $1,000 deposit.
Subsequent children who enter the program from the same family are not
required to pay the deposit. The deposit is returned to the family
after the last child in the family completes the third year of the Early
Childhood program or the kindergarten year. If any child in the family is withdrawn before
completing the third year of Early Childhood or the kindergarten year, the family deposit is forfeited.
